Single 16:10 Resolution

16:9 is widescreen too, that should have a few slightly lower res options, but its not going to go down to like 800 x 450 or anything like that

Its all dependant on your graphics card anyway.
Not sure how helpful this will be, but...
My resolution(s) listed for 16:10 are:
1920x1200
1680 x 1050
1440 x 900
1280 x 800
1280 x 768
720 x 480
If the resolution you want isn't shown in your options, you might be able to manually set your game launch options.
Go to your Steam game list > alt-click TF2 > select properties > click 'Set Launch Options'
Enter the following lines:
-w <width>
If it screws anything up, enter -autoconfig in the launch options to reset to factory defaults
