Thanks to my infected throat

So my throat got an infection of some kind and I'm resting at my house with nothing to do 'cause I'm very sick. What happens next? I play a complete session of Blackmesa and I get this:

Not the best K/D, but I'm not known for being careful with my deaths. I was mainly huntsman sniper, camping red vents and kukring everyone who dared to melee me.
