Punkbuster problem on Cod5

I have Cod5 through steam, and everytime I play, I have a punkbuster error. It says disallowed program driver and then some random letters and numbers. I bought the game through steam, so running it independent isn't an option. I ran PBsetup and i have the most up to date version of PB. Any suggestions?

(also, I don't hack or have any hacks, so that's not the problem either).
