Creative Frag video

I'm in the progress of making a frag video, not of me fragging, but of me getting fragged! I think this is a really creative idea and I could use some help, I'm not sure what I'm doing. I've read articles online about how to make frag videos, but I have some questions.

1. How do they make those really cool scrolling effects that follow the action in the great frag videos?

2. I could use help aligning the video to a song, or maybe someone could make a techno'y song. I could tell you the moments I need a heavy beat, and so on.

3. How many "frags" are there in a 4-5 minute video, I don't want it getting boring so I'm going to record for ages trying to get slightly-highly amusing "frags". A general idea of how many of these I should get so I have an idea of when to stop.

1) Not sure what you are talking about please expand then maybe I can help you.
2) Use just any Drum and Bass song and edit it so that the frags are at parts of the song that have a heavy beat.
3) 4 - 5 minutes well if you can imagine each frag clip should be 4-9 seconds with a quick follow up after the frag don't go to the next clip really fast let it fade and use cool effect like: Have a sniper scope have the video inside of it and swoop into the sniper scope then have the video fit the screen stuff like that can make all the difference in the world.
