Ok, so I was thinking about buying windows 7 32-bit for my laptop and I am going to post my specs, I would like for someone who knows alot about PC's and Laptops and tell me if I have the right stuff to run this program on my laptop.

Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) Dual CPU 2.52Ghz.
Memory : 3066MB.
Direct X Version : 9.0.
Display : NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GS.
Approx Total Memory : 512.0MB.

yea, it should run smooth on it, now id suggest doing a clean install and not upgrade, i had problems with upgrading mine tho, but i did do a clean install and it worked great. your specs should work great

clean install?

thats were you boot from the DVD and install the OS *windows 7* but the down side is is that you will lose every thing unless you back it up to a external hard drive. so if you do a clean install you will lose all your pictures music moves games every thing.

Your Specs are fine for Windows 7. I would definitely go the Clean Install route. Just back up your Mail, Pics, Music etc... on a different Partition, HDD, USB Flash Drive or blank DVD/CD's.

have fun doing that. Clean install is the best way,but if you have alot of stuff, might as well keep it. When vista died for me, I had over 100 gb of junk on my computer. I didn't want to lose it all (at least without figuring out what I used it for lol). I just installed win7 with my other stuff. It works fine (the only problem i had with not using a clean install was a wordpad error lol).
