Getting rid of a hickey.. Any ideas that actually work?

So I've gotten myself into a predicament and I'm left with a hickey on my neck that looks like i stuck a vacuum to myself.

Anyone know any home remedies that actually work? I've already put an ice cube to it fr 20 minutes, and that seems to have made it a bit lighter.

Throw a spoon in the freezer for an hour and/or put an ice cube in the spoon and stick it on your neck. Usually this only works 30 minutes or so after the hickey was made.
