an online spaceship hockey game

Around 1998 I was online playing a game that was a multiplayer game that you were a little space ship. You could shoot and you passed around a ball/puck. There was two teams and a goal on each end.
The graphics were extreamly simple. You were a simple triangle. The ball, a circle.
The maps were different but most were simple mazes. Red or yellow lines were the walls.

Does this sound familar to anyone? It was like a spaceship hockey game. It was alot of fun. Does any one know what the name of this game was and if its still around?

You sir, are thinking of HyperBlade. Released in 1996.

The game is now classified as abandonware, from what I understand. Here's several links to ensure that I'm thinking the same thing you are.

After re-reading your post, I have determined that you were actually not thinking about Hyperblade at all. Although it was a fun game that does take place in the future, has pretty simple graphics, and is loosely based on hockey.

But pretty much, not the game that you were thinking of at all.
