I need help on how to customize a movie poster in Photoshop CS4. Like taking out text, dvd logos, and resizing the pixels to 667 X 1000 etc. Does anyone have experience with stuff like this? I need to know how because I want to make movie artwork for my movies I have on my ipod and the images need to be super good quality for them to show up on the ipod. A tutorial or something like that would be great thanks.

well if the resoulation you want is bigger than the image there is not much you can do to keep the quality up.

and fer getting rid of the text and logos just use the clone tool to replace those parts of the image with similar textures from the image.

I have an image that is bigger than the resolution that i want but how do I resize it

Make sure the image layer is selected, go to Image > Image Size. Make sure that Constrain Proportions is checked.

The first two is a simple use of the clone stamp tool. The last can't be done (cleanly) without vectoring the image. To do this you would have to either trace the image yourself or use a vectorization program like Vector Magic.
