Interesting, but can you elaborate on your idea a little? I.e. explain how it would work, the rules/mechanics, etc...

Well like the more you follo command and kill enemys and survive battles etc.. says the co and xo get to pick when you rank up i got the idea from counterstrikes ranks as in when you look at another player normally in dod s you just see a name but we could make it to were under the name is the rank

Way ahead of you guys! Unfortunately leadership isnt too fond of additional rank or titles outside of the standard e, eG , eGO structure. Ill have to talk it over with Featherfoot and Spray but for the moment we will have to stick with our CO/XO structure.

as of what stormy said, they were not too found of the CO/XO but they allowed it so you never know things could always happen in weird ways remember that .

i like the idea. gotta work your way up the ladder. hard work = reward. in this case reward = leadership... so all in all if you do the math correctly hard work = leadership.
