How to get side rank images.

I had a couple questions.
1. How would I get the images below avatar, that have the "E" and "Counter:CSource".
2. If I donated, about how long would it be until I get the donations acheievment.

For the E cSS thing go to 'My Account', click on the little arrow and click on edit profile.
Once here, scroll down a bit and it will say something about your division, which I'm guessing is Counter Strike Source, and right below that it says "If you are currently an =(e)= member, this box can be checked to display an =(e)= rank bar under your name.

This setting will not overwrite a higher rank bar."
click on 'display'
and save changes.
There you go.
Sorry I don't know anything about donations :S

No. See, I donated, but i'm wondering how I get the donate achievement.

it will come eventually, someone has to do it by hand so it may take a couple of days.

Indeed - the donation awards are handed out often some time after the actual donation is made because they have to be entered manually. Give it some time and you should see a ribbon soon
