heh darn .50 cal dangerous enough without ricochet friend of mines dad and uncle took us shooting when i was about twelve he had a desert eagle .50 both hands on the thing slide took skin off my knuckles spat fire out the barrel seemed like a half a foot kicked up dirt and kicked back right into my face ive still got a small scar where the hammer caught me in the forehead.very big round theres also a youtube vid of a sniper useing a .50 cal rifle and you can see the men he shoots pretty much disintegrate they say the desert eagle 50. is pretty accurate but i dont see how unless you weigh 250 pounds or more my skinny butt cant

hehehe im 245 i could fire it no problems the only handgun i have never shot was the deagle the place i was shooting ran out of ammo

lol jester id say if you were hunting bear or something might come in handy i could probably handle it a little better now than then but probably not much better i only weigh around 145 soaking wet but yea seriously frightening gun when your twelve and its the 1st pistol you shoot
if you do try it out sometimes watch for the slide it comes back real far im guessing to balance out the kick it is also one of the few gas operated pistols ie(instead of a spring it uses the gas created from the shot to kick the slide back and eject the shell)crazy gun
