SourceMod isn't working after new SRCDS update

After the new steam update a few weeks ago my SourceMod stopped working. Reinstalled it with the latest version and updated MetaMod to no avail.

Does anyone know what I missed maybe?

Is one of the files from steam missing?

Don't think so, server updates on load and starts the game. SM just doesn't work and neither do any of the plugins.

"unknown command: sm_admin" etc etc

Is it possible you need to enable something else BEFORE it allows you to do that?

K well I feel like a newb now..

the steam update overwrote the gameinfo.txt file and I had to re-enter a line to load metamod.. gah.. works fine now..

if you used the metamod .vdf you wouldn't have this problem
