I was banned for racism about 6 months ago, but bought a new steamID and want to come back. Am I allowed?

It wasn't anything really bad. It was me coming in with a bad name due to previously trolling another server.

If it was 6 months ago and not an extreme case, your acc. should be unbanned. The leadership graciously had an Amnesty of most non-extreme case bans. So your Should be unbanned, if im un-mistaken.
