Ohhh ok

Personally I don't know much about power supplys. What I would do is see how much it takes to run all the stuff, then get one that provides slightly more than nessecary

You never want to skimp on the power supply. You could run that rig with a 650w or maybe lower like a 550w but I wouldn't try. They aren't that expensive, you could just go with a 750w and you'll be a lot happier in the long run if you want to upgrade your video card which will take more power.

There isn't a big price difference between them anyway..

Corsair HX750 or HX850 would be my recommendation.

Or the Antec Truepower New 750W.

so its good to go higher than lower?
and how mucgh higher can i go?
You can go as high as you want. It's not like too much power is going to "blow" your system. You could go 1500w.. it's not going to harm anything..

But yeah, either 750w or 850w is ideal for your system, gives nice room for upgrade later without going overboard.

Freaking listed some nice ones.. They are modular so you can remove any extra cords you don't need, keeps your system nice and tidy.

i thougth you're a computer tech? but anyway yeah don't skimp on psu

i am, i just dont deal with PSU that often its a rear ocasion that i do, all i do when i mainly get them is if there out i look at the Watts and i mach it with another and replace it thats it

watts are important,
but amps and rails are more important.
So is buying a good brand.
Like Freaking said,
Corsair's HX750 and HX850 are some of the best PSU's you can buy.

CORSAIR makes excellent PSU's. I use the 750tx and is plenty power and plenty reliable for the long run. Modular is just a few extra bucks , worth it if u have trouble keeping clean. Think i had paid $99 for my 750 on sale at Newegg.
