Yea, but when you join, they're all in spec so you feel like the room is still empty

+1 you join and instead of "Omg awesome server" you get "Omg there are 5 people in spec.... and no one is playing.. woohoo...."

Look at it this way, you got 5 guys on spec, some pub joins and finds out their all spec - he leaves.

Although he's gone, for that brief bit there were 6 people therefore further increasing the rank.

Dust2 on CSS and INS seem to be almost full 24/7
