Jason you really should check everything you have listed right now in this thread and the other and read alot of reviews at this point about the spefici products your thinking of getting. I have only had one power supply go out in 20+ years of screwing with computers, and my sone has only had one go out. They just dont fail too often. If MSI has steppend up there game then get that fullsize version, that saphire card and party on :)

Yea man thats what I have been doing the last 3 days its a bit hard thought because there 1.5 million video cards 2 trillion cpu's and so on i don't know anything about msi i see ego run ads for them on this website (look to the top right of the page and you will see a msi ad) and someone on here suggested it to me so if you can find a better mobo for me please tell me what you think. I just want to get the best bang i can get for my bucks while having fun building the machine!

I could throw something together for you.
What is your budget, and main use of the computer?

Dont worry about all the stuff out there ... focus on the stuff everyone is talking about here. That will narrow it down ALOT for you and make it easier. Everyone has there own personal likes and dislikes and from that you can make a good decision. Once you think you know what you want and what to get that the reviews I'm talking about ... focus on a few things and research the info on just that and makes sure they are ok ... if so your ready to buy and build :D

Do you have any good mobo's you think i should check out
because the on i got now is has ati chipset and the video card im getting is ati
but if you know a better mobo with navid chips set and a nice navid video send me the links

nVidia is a bad choice right now.
Overpriced.

seems to be the same case with the intel chips because when i compare them to amd the amd chips seems to be more kick ass for less money i guess thats because intel spends millions a year on commercials while amd just makes a great product at a respectable prices please correct me if im wrong!

lmk if you want anything changed

ok you think that processor is better than the one im getting or did you jsut do that to offset price? also the video card i picked is 1gb the one you picked is 512 the specs on yours looks a bit better but coast twice the price what are the big advantage of the 512 vs the 1gb? and can you pick a just a nice but less expensive psu ? i dont mind the mother board price because the cpu price is cheaper so mine is at 170 and your selction is at 160 so pretty much the smae price range lol man you can flip and flop this a million ways! please tell me more i want to get it nice and right with you guys help!

I think the setup in your first post will be great.

Difference between 512 and 1GB, well nothing much. With 1GB you take less of a performance hit at higher resolutions and when you turn on filters like, anisotropic and anti-aliasing, which isn't too important.

The 5770 is marginally faster than the 4670, the amount of memory doesn't have much to do with it. The 5770 has higher texture units, rasters, stream processors, etc.
