Steam Error: Verifying Steam user ID

[Burt_Reynolds]

I got the following error when tring to connect to any INS server:

Steam Error: Verifying Steam user ID

Here is the fix

shut down steam
delete the following files from C:\Program Files\Steam\

Steam.dll
SteamUI.dll
ClientRegistry.blob

Renaming clientregistry is a better idea.

Name it clientregistry.old
