help with rates

Just bought this new comp, and my choke is all messed up, this shouldn't happen being the comp is brand new. Anyone know any good cfg's made for slower comps to optimize my cs:s?

Well most servers limit your updaterate/cmdrate to the servers tickrate, I have both of mine set to 101 and let the server limit. However, sometimes I do get exorbitant choke and end up having to lower them below 66, which is annoying..

But yeah, read the guides, rtm, and you should be set
