Terrible FPS in CS 1.6

[~SEGA~]

Hey guys I've been playing 1.6 lately and I usually run CSS at 100+ fps and for some reason in 1.6 I'm getting FPS drops as low as 10 FPS can anyone explain why this might be happening

Well for one your running CS 1.6 basically they gave up trying to update it or make it any better, If i was you I would tinker around with refresh rates, rates, cmd line commands and find the right one for you. I'll find the website with all the right rates, which were "CAL" rates.

Did you get a virus? Do some sweeps with your AV program.
