My HD 5870's HDMI output seems to be bugging. The picture on the TV seems to break and flicker. Ive uploaded a video to help show what I mean.

At first I thought it was a refresh rate bug but Ive tried different refresh rates (50, 60 and 30i) but the problem doesnt go away.
I've also tried lots of different resolutions, and just clicking buttons at random.
Edit: This only happens with my computer, it works fine with My roommate's computer and his laptop.
