pictures are black

can someone help me out? my screenshots are always black, even the xfire ones

so like,.. if you hit the print screen button on your keyboard and open up MS paint and click edit paste - you get a 1280x1024 black square?

What Gunny's been doing is using the Xfire screenshot tool, but everytime he exits the game and views the window with the screenshots in them, they are completely black. Whethere they are 1280x1024 im not sure.

ok, sorry, yes i just get a 1280x1024 black square when i press print screen and go on paint and click edit paste
