Has anyone encountered any of these. I keep getting av.exe for some reason nowadays. AVG quarantined it yesterday, but it was up and running a couple minutes ago. I quarantined it again and ran my reg fix so that I could use my .exe again. Currently in the process of downloading spybot thingy for added protection.

I got them on my test machine for sandboxin'.

It seems to come from pages automatically, clean your Temporary Files.

This thing keeps popping up and annoying me -_-. It somehow messed with AVG, and now my avg won't work. I turn on AVG, and it says that it's not in the processes list.

This thing is a annoying to get rid of. I normally charge people to do it for them since it's such a pain.

I got it a while back. The best thing you can do is manually delete its registry files, because it associates itself with IE, Firefox, and all .exe files. google "Vista Antispyware 2010" to find instructions on removal (that's the name of the virus, not something you should download).

You can visit the link I posted earlier for my fix instructions. There's a mini-program which kills the registry files then allows you to come in with Malwarebytes and finish it off.

That's what I did. Great help bro. I wish I could give you rep or something somehow.
