Got the AX Pro headset from Tritton awhile back. Digital 5.1 via optical spdif, dolby digital, etc. All the bells and whistles expected in a modern 5.1 headset. Awesome set of headphones. Then the damn left speaker started getting twitchy cause of the puny wiring that they used. Eventually, it died completely. So I sent them a email even though it was like 6-9 months old.
Turns out, they're offering free replacement upgrades to their AX Pro 2010 edition with larger cabling and a few other features. Got mine this morning and its good to be back in some comfy 5.1 surround sound that shakes my skull rather than the neighbors pictures.
Anyways, just wanted to point out that they were offering this in case anyone else had a set. And point out how their customer service rocks as hard as their comfy headphones.
Later, gonna go see how they sound on the xbox360.
