im looking for someone good at video editing and effects nothing to fancy though . i need someone to edit for a montage i have been gathering clips for ill just upload the matches to files front and whoever is editing can pick the best clips [OR KILLS]

When people make frag videos it takes a lot of time bro so for someone to go through all your clips and pick the best kills would take days 
My suggestion if you want to make one go through your own clips and record them using *fraps* and then open the files with Sony Vegas (or a good video editor) get a cracked copy or something it's a good video editing program. Then just cut the clips yourself and stuff it's not to hard just drag, click, cut. After that when you have a video of just your kills etc I am sure people would be more willing to help as they have seen that you have put time and effort in and wouldn't mind adding some special effects and loops etc

1) Get Fraps
2) Record for 30 seconds
3) Use Windows Movie Maker if you have Winodws
4) Make a Title, drop each clip into each slot, make Credit
5) Save and pick the best output you want. (I go with 1280 x 720 since Youtube uses that)
6) Upload to Youtube
