ok, i ve got a sever problem, and not much time xD

i could always press "1" in order to agree to the rules and conditions ! And now i cannot ! Why is that so ? I get kicked after some seconds sayind "you must agree to our rules and conditions"

i m frustrated, and i tried it all, game restart, steam restart, pc restart.

DOes this happen more often ?

sometimes it just doesn't bring up the menu when you join. if you type something like "rank" into the all chat, then the rank will pop up, and after that the rules and conditions will.

i know, that happened sometimes to me too. But thats not my problem, cuz if that happens, i just rejoin. But now, the "1" doesnt work ! The "2" works though...

and its not a problem of my "1" button, my pc, or steam, since i restarted it all and my "1" works fine

A lot of people answer this problem the same way:

Sometimes you can type: nominate

and it will trick the menu into becoming active. You can also message an admin and we can manually show you the rules. As for pressing the actual 1 key. I have no idea why that wouldnt work.

Anyways, Thats kind of odd, maybe someone switched your buttons around on your keyboard so you think you press 1 but your actually pressing 2 or `?

ok, i found out the solution xD

since i changed the "select weapon menu 1" button from "1" to "E" i have to push "E" in order to confirm the rules.

Well. This happened to me to
Go Console, type "unbind 1" then go to settings then to keyboard then go to "Primary Weapon" then Edit it and press "1" It should work I think.

hmm i have got this menu like 4 times and i have joined a css eGO servers many times but just got that menu 4 times at all

That happened to me! i binded 1 " say lol " or something and had to delete one of my cache files and then configure all my controls again LOL
