It's ALIVE!

Ok so here is the story I have never played any online games with a graphics card so I decided to build a desktop pc just for gaming! I posted a topic for help in the tech section and I got lots of really good Ideas for a budget rig. I got everything that's in my signature from newegg for $$465.05 + $80 for a case,500 gb hard,2 cd burners, xp pro and power supply on criagslist. The hard drive and power supply from the guy on criagslist did not work but I didn't need his psu or hardrive because I took a old 160 from a dell I had and I already got a new psu from newegg he kinda ripped me off selling those broken parts but the xp pro and case are worth more than $80 so no big deal! I went over my $500 budget by $45.05 mainly because of the graphics card!!!
Anywho I order the parts wensday night and I'm not playing on my new machine as off monday! lol I built my first gaming pc all by myself!!! It's so Cool I went from playing at 17 fps to 137:drool: so watch out people Jason420 is going to be doing a lot more :chair:

Thanks for all the help picking out my parts in the tech help section everyone

I think your total is a little off. Also, for your OC, Get an aftermarket heatsink before you do. They're not that expensive anyway.

AMD heatsinks aren't all that bad... you should try using the stock one, then if you want more you can get an aftermarket one.

Nice build btw

Yea about the total being incorrect.
I copy and pasted those prices from my invoice so they don't include instant savings and rebate
In the end I still only paid $465 via paypal those are the prices without the instant rebates and all that good stuff!

I want to put one of those water pumps in there someday but I think everything is nice and perfect for right now I'm so amazed at how the quality of the game is some much better can wait to make it more awesome!

Never heard of A-DATA Ram. Very cheap price for 1600mhz and great reviews. Nice build :)

Just install the windows 7 64-bit. It's worth it, you are losing performance/wasting money by sticking with the 32-bit. The time spent to upgrade to 64-bit is worth it.
