the themeing and layout is all set by the stuff in the resource folder.

but i think some of it is still hardcoded i couldn't find the chat box layout there.

I've been playing around with the beta, but as others have said before, it will take some time to get used to and re-locate all the features and options.

From what I heard, just put the disc back in and select reinstall. I don't know if you don't have the disk. But its going to take awhile. I just hope there's an explanation for it.

there are a few other games affected MW2 is just the most played out of them.
the issue is knowen it is all over the steam forums for the beta UI

im not sure but it isnt really that big a issue the game still works it's is just that steam redownloads after signing up for the beta.

im pretty sure if you delete the clientregstry.blob file it will stop this.

it is fixed if you hit the beta icon on steam it will take you to the fourms there is a sticky with the change log and it say it was fixed.
