i hope it got brutally murdered that crap browser has caused me so much extra work hacking perfect standards compliant code to work with it just because MS doesn't belive that they should make a standards compliant browser engine.

I think old IE6 was murdered...

Who do you think did it?

Was it the new guy with reformist views?
Anecdotal evidence may points us to Chrome being somehow related to this 'accident', the death did ocur at his household, afterall;

Were the descendants of Mozilla the Great responsible?
Everybody knows the views of Firefox and his sons about the IE family, they certainly had a motive;

Did old political enemy have something to do with it?
The Empire of Windows and the Kingdom of Apple have battled since ancient times. The ever illusive Clan of Safari who came into power in the recent years, had kept their business restrained to the Kingdom of Apple, untill last year they expanded to the Empire of Windows.
Though they never admited to hold any particular grudge against the IE family, they certainly don't have a solid alibi...

Or has the blackhorse finally acted?
Everyone has heard of the Opera family.
Their views have evolved through time, and though they never openly admited to any conflicts with the other clans, they have been around the halls of power even before Mozilla the Great.
Nobody really knows the extent of the secrets they know and hide. Though dificult to prove, they certainly could of had something to do with this 'accident'.
