General GIMP and Photoshop
Deviant Art <- Great resource for everything, brushes especially. Renders are not normally transparent. I use for brushes mainly. Search for GIMP, or Photoshop Brushes.
Gimp Talk <- The ultimate GIMP resource, tutorials, brushes, and some renders. You don't need much more than this site for The GIMP.
Renders
IPhotoShop <- Vehicle Renders, TV/Movie, Games, suggested by Raptor Jesus
Planet Renders <- Best renders site by far, Renders search is very helpful. You have to register, but it doesn't take long at all
Render World <- Good render site, don't have to register, not all renders are transparent though.
Game Renders <- A little self explanatory don't you think? It's kind of a weird site, the renders are in a gallery/forum thing, which confuses me (So i don't use this one that much)
Fonts
Dafont <- Pretty much the most popular font site, with thousands of downloadable, free fonts for windows and mac
1001 Free Fonts <- JD's personal favorite font site, a lot of great fonts that are easy to get to
Typenow <- Famous fonts from Tv, Music and Movies
Tutorials
Tutorialized <- Lots of great photoshop and gimp tutorials, learn new effects, textures, animation, colors, photo manipulation ect.
Good Tutorials <- a TON of great good tutorials, suggested by Kami
