There was a rip-off mod which put portals into HL2... And I played it multiplayer with a friend a long time ago. It's quite buggy but fun when you're trying to chase each other.

Lol. Reminds me of a game I was working on. It had fixed portals, but they functioned well. The only problem was I never had time to finish or fix the physics LOL.

I've never tried multiplayer with any sort of Portal mod. But I have played through HL2 Episode 1 and 2 with the use of Portal gun. Just for the lulz.

That would be really difficult to do. What would the objective be? How would you kill people?

Maybe have Hl DM guns, and everyone has portal as the default gun so it's like a fast paced/ puzzle based shooter?

Could also have races on maps..
