Hello all! This is the thread for placing bids for our 24/7 Auction Server! Any questions can be PMed to Mister Adam.
Please only post bids here! NO OTHER posts. Also, please have a link of a place to download the map (FPSBanana, etc) ready in case you win.



Here are the rules for the auction:
  1. No mods will be allowed on this server. (eg. hyperspam, hide & seek, etc.)
  2. Maps will run from Friday to the following Friday.
  3. Maps must be eGO acceptable and comply with language and graphics guidelines. Otherwise, any map that can be easily downloaded is fair game. All maps are subject to Leadership review and change, as needed.
  4. Bids will be open from Sunday at 12:01 AM (Central) to Thursday at 5:01 PM (Central).
  5. Bids placed in the last 15 minutes before the auction closing on Wednesday evening will extend the duration by 15 minutes. No bidder can place more than one bid in this extended time.
  6. Bids will be made in a thread in the TF2 Scrim forum with strictly bids only in the thread. All other posts will be deleted without warning. The original post will be periodically updated with the highest bid and chosen map.
  7. Maps chosen cannot already be in use on a 24/7 server.
  8. No bidder may win two weeks in a row.
  9. No map may win more than two weeks in a row, regardless of bidder.
  10. Bids placed must be:
    - In increments of 100 points
    - 10% more than the previous bid
    - No more than 100% higher than the previous bid. (no more than double the previous)
  11. Each week, the starting bid must be at least $1000 and may be no higher than $50,000.
  12. Bids over $250,000 require a 10% "good faith" payment which will either be returned (in the case of a loss) or counted toward the final bid (in the case of a win). This payment will be made at the time of the bid being posted.
  13. Bids must be paid, by 12:01 AM Friday Central Time, each week to Mister Adam.
  14. Members who fail to pay their bids on time will receive a one month ban from participating in the auction server bidding.
  15. All eGO members who are MAUL verified are welcome to participate provided they have been in the community for at least two weeks.
  16. Leadership is not allowed to place bids.
