A good site for finding flatscreens?

I was wondering if anybody new of a good website that has competitive prices on new lcd or plasma computer screens. I've gone to my local Best Buy and Circuit City but their screens were horribly overpriced. I'm sick of looking at this small 17" lcd screen.

Overpriced compared to who? The answer to that is the answer to your question.
If you know what brand you want a simple google search will solve your problems. If you don't care what brand it is, just want the size, I'd say the cheapest you'd get is a vizio or oveido (I think that's what it's called). Dirt cheap lcd's but I wouldn't trust the quality or reliability. The price just doesn't add up.

Newegg has pretty solid deals.

Camped out at CC, got a 42" lcd...pc hook-up baby! Yeah, if you don't go during christmas sale, i'd go with either newegg or tigerdirect like they said.

What do you need to be able to run a tv screen as your monitor?

you dont wana run a tv screen as a moniter, your eyes will be so messed up in a month or two.. a moniter now has a refresh rate, in hertz which is how many times it blinks in a minute to refresh the moniter screen. I dont know if a tv is high or low but i do know if you use it as a monitor you eyes will be hurtin.
