We play a game like this at school
Its like tag/tig with family.

Someone starts of as infected and can run and do whatever to infect and has to bite ( not really ) the neck of an non infected. Its hard when the infection has spread through alot of the people.
the last person to be caught choses next on.
I made it up lol

This is much like Humans vs. Zombies which uses nerf guns and is a blast. The first time my school did it we had ~1200 people and am hoping for closer to 2000 this semester.
