eGO "clan matches"???

Do we have "clan matches" or battles against other clans? Is that what the "Competition Team" is?? Forgive me for not knowing--I never hear anything about it and I don't prowl the forums like Michael Jackson at Chuck-e-Cheese.

If we DON'T...all I have to say it...why not?! We've got some serious talent!

Furthermore, if this isn't something we already have/do, and isn't something eGO is gonna formally start, then I'd still like to unofficially get an awesome group of 15 of us together to wreck some other peeps on Kalt.

(Also, feel free to correct my ignorance. However, I usually get the point that I was wrong after the first post or two--for those of you who will think that I need to be told 40 times that we DO have competitions HAHA )

The Competetive team plays in leagues and stuff, and I've heard INS do some clanmatches but dunno about DoD.

There have been other posts like this but I don't think there's much for DoD besides dog tag scrims.

We have played against other divisions of eGO like INS. There have been some matches in the last few months.

We've only done Divisional Matches. The INS Division does Clan vs Clan. Before that, I think the DoD:S Division has a group called the DoD Cal Team. I don't think its active anymore

We do not participate in matches against other clans, we only do interdivisional events e.g. DOD vs INS or DOD vs TF2

the DoD:S division no longer has a competitive team due to repeated issues in the past. We still do scrims against other divisions occasionally but that's about as far as it goes these days. Any chances of suggestions of tournaments or formal scrims are always met with the same response of "if attendance at our events goes up, maybe!"

Aw. Lame. I knew about the inter-division matches but not all those other details.

As far as the events having poor turnout...it's fun to do melee-only, bazookas-only, etc. but it gets old rather quickly. Also, there seems to be an obvious correlation--in my mind, at least--between when a bunch of people suggest a new event idea, get told no, and then they leave the server or don't show.

Jus' sayin'...
