Code 116 is driver related.

Update/reinstall the video card drivers.

My video drivers have been killing me lately, lots of crashes :/

Ill fix it.

You could try this. Uninstall the video drivers and turn the PC off. The take the video card out of the PCIe slot and reset it back in to make sure it's not loose or anything, then boot back into windows and reinstall the drivers. Also, if your card has 2 6pin PCIe connectors, switch them out.

Updating now. Drivers were updated just today even :D

Seems everythings fine now. Good thing for updates :D
