Screen tearing

I was trying to play single player (the campaign) and I am getting some serious screen tearing and white boxes and random textures. It's weird, I tried taking screen shots but I don't know where they are on my computer. Does anyone know how to fix this? I paid 50 dollars for the game and the experience has been the worst one yet. Please help, any input would be greatly appreciated.

It's because your framerate is higher than your monitor can display. Happens to me too, in game V-sync does not work. I'm going to try force it with drivers and see if that helps.

I had artifacts and crazy textures when I played, a driver update fixed all issues.

Worth looking into.

If you force vsync through the Nvidia control panel or use other software (like nHancer), the screen tearing will go away.

i had the same, not during gameplay but i had it during the movies in singleplayer

well I updated my drivers and no problems so far, I guess that fixed the problem

Driver updates fix all

Only issue I had was during cutscenes the letterbox wasn't formatted to 1680x1050 so the bottom 5 pixels weren't blackened out, so the letterbox made it look like there was a big black stripe on the bottom of my screen.
