Ok This is my awesome idea

eGO Elite
eGO Team

Two teams that represent eGO by destroying other clans in scrims.

eGO Elite: Team will consist of die hard players such as my self who are just simply addicted to the game and love representing eGO!
(Player will be selected and rejected from team by members vote only)

eGO Team: People that want to be apart of scrims but can't dedicate that much time as hardcore players.

Really simple Idea
So I guess say what you want about ?
But please don't talk about "TIME"
if time is a issue at hand your going to obviously be on the regular eGO team. Which is pretty much B team if a Elite player needs a sub.

I live in America so I think voting is always the best way vs putting together a team of people whom probable wont get along

Sounds like a good idea to me. But if you break the division into sub groups, it'll make eGO look even bigger. Something like a East coast chapter, West coast, EU, ANZ and Asia for example. It'll probably make eGO look global instead of just "another US" clan. What do you think?

Didn't think this was a drop box item because I'm just looking for feedback from my peers I'm not asking leadership for this to be implemented or nothing its just a Idea I had.

Because if your idea is to have try out and just pick the guys with the most kill that's not a good idea because when it comes to scrims its all about team work not most kills.
If you where going to pick them some other kind of way from the try out please let me know so I can understand what your thinking.

eGO Is not a US CLan is a Global Clan

We have lots of international player that's why we just got 2 bad company 2 servers in Europe and If I'm not mistaken all the Ins servers are on the East Coast so that euro players don't lag as much. We are the biggest Ins Clan to my knowledge as well. We do need more eGO teams not a bad idea if all the west coast guys made a team and all the east coast did the same and we have euro team sound like the start of a good idea man.

I'm sorry man in the 10 years I've been playing half life I must of played a collective 2 hours on counter strike so I don't know what you mean about fbg

That idea worked out quite well back when I was playing CS 1.3 (good old bhop days). "NiMiK [US West]" was an example of my name in a clan. It brought a lot of new members in and a lot of players from everywhere.

This is just an idea... it'll probably have to be on a different post.

All kidding aside, that sounds like an bamf*ing awesome idea
Group input (voting) can be a powerful tool
one thing I worry about/caution if/when this idea takes off, don't let it turn into a popularity contest were nepotism runs rampant.
