With single player.

I can't say I'm impressed. About to finish it in a single sitting and it was pretty poorly made. And not to mention riddled with bugs (stuff like guns firing sound keeps playing during reload if you keep firing after your out of bullets).

What did you guys think of single player?

I'll be posting a full review tomorrow night/saturday. I would do it tonight but I gotta get to bed. I hate 5am work.

I never played any battle field games man but I think this one is impeccable.
I think I'm at least 1/3 of the way done with the game and I have not found one bug or glitch.
Is there a game that you think is better because I want to get that game after this one if this one is lacking. The only thing disappointing about this game so far in my option is you can't go prone besides that the game is epic!

Yeah i noticed the sound glitches and that truck mission when your truck goes dead the engine dies or w/e and when the truck is started and you move on the sound of a starting engine is still there the audio isn't synced properly everywhere...it's a good game overall

You would not go prone in a normal combat setting.

I should slap you.

hell yes you would lol, and people do, all the time.

I found the single player to be a huge let down, especially from what the first was offered. it is WAAAY TOO linear. just one set path basically. I loved how the first BC had those huge maps and vehicles everywhere and you basically went where ever you wanted to go.

The story is ok, but its all cliche and you can see everything coming from a mile a way.

but honestly, people didnt buy this game for the single player, its all about the multiplayer.

Ya the single player is way to linear and way to restrictive.

In one mission I was sniping people running up to the house I was sitting in and every time I left the house I got yelled at with the game saying "Get back inside there are snipers in the trees"

After 2-3 minutes the house was completely destroyed, no walls no ceiling but I still couldn't leave due to the invisible snipers and it's really at this point where I decided to stop playing single player all together due to the massive idiocy of this situation. Although I did run into another house and everything was fine, but then I kept getting killed by a slow moving tank who kept blowing up the house before it got into close enough range that all these snipers simultaneously take a 5 minute tea break and I am finally able to leave my house.

Yeah, I stopped playing at the part where you are in the desert in a jeep and have to choose which of the three places to go to, I chose one, but died 7-8 times because I couldn't see but the enemies could magically see through the massive wall of dust that was opaque as far as I could tell and would gun me down without me being able to see them. I went to multiplayer and I'm having a blast :)

You NEVER buy a battlefield game for the singleplayer. It's just a bonus.
