Hey Jason. I downloaded SprayR and the readme says 96x96, 128x128, 256x256. I tried to use a 256x256 .png. I have the VMT and VTF files copied to C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\f***yourjihad\insurgency and see the sprays when I try to import a custom spray but they don't work.

Does 256x256 not work? I saw in your post you said sprays were 96x96. I'm new to this but not new to modding. Most of the stuff I've did was either .tga or .dds files though.

I've resized the images to 96x96, can you tell me what I'm doing wrong please? These are what I'm trying to make sprays of

I think you have wrong file formats try using .jpeg or .bmp if im not mistaken it can only be one of those 2.
