How do you recruit I try and try and recruit people on servers all the time but then when they do join they don't reffer my name they just post it or they just say there going to but don't.

Also how do I get players banned I went to request ban and filled out the forum I think its gone now but how do I know if he/she is banned or not.

These things I would like to know to help this commity/team/clan/group/organization.

For you first question, they might not be putting you as a referer because they just forgot or they don't remember your name. What I do is walk that new applicant through the whole process individually so that everything with the MAUL ID, the same forum name/in game name and the referer are all correct.

Question #1: When I recruit, I look for members who are mature and members who would benefit eGO in one way or another. I walk them through every step, from registering on the site, getting MAUL verified, to sending them in the right direction for the recruiting forum. You should always be patient. Explain to them what eGO is about, explain to them that we're a family friendly community, and so forth.

Question #2: You can request a ban for a certain player using the appropriate divisional ban request / contest forum located here. That's a direct link to all the divisional ban request / contest forums.

Just a note, if you request a ban you can follow that thread to see updates to it (that way you can see if the request was approved or denied). You don't have any access to the MAUL ban database until you become an admin, however.

Well, for bans, you should keep a close eye on the thread, in case you have any word on the trouble maker. as for Q 1, During gaming, most people dont care, and just want to enjoy the game. Recuriting is reccomended but not mandatory. Just relax, if someone doesnt want to join eGO, just roll with it! Dont worry about it, we dont bite.

Thanks all Sorry I have know idea what maul is really I'm on COD4 umm and Yeah I understand about following your post but I can't it disappeared the next day I was checking for replys but none then the next day it was gone and I've seen this guy on 3 or for times again, and I am 100% sure hes using a wall hack.

If you are recruiting for COD then i suggest you tell them to have their @id ready for us to reference with B3.

really the easit way is to add them on steam and when there not playing a game get vent up for them so you can walk them through the process

Its really simple here just go to someone profile and click on the steam box under their steam id and you can add people from there. OR at the bottom of your steam friends list click add friend and just search their name.

You can IM and voice chat with people on your friend list, as well as see what game they're playing and (if applicable), what server they're on. There's more to it, but that's the basics.

You can get Steam here ( http://store.steampowered.com/ ). You can have a friends list without owning any games. It's useful to contact admins and such.

There you can request sigs and avatars. If you would want to create one on your own i would get a copy of Photoshop and ask the people with artist as a achievement and if you want real pro help look for A Nurse from Texas if shes not busy.
