ok i seem to have my GPU at around 75*C while in a game for about an hour or so and my
CPU at about 61*C

so i went off to convert it and 150*F + thats HOT!!!! is that normal, i really hate hot tempeturess when it comes to my PC, its bad enough that i have to many fans fro my case and there twist tied on

It's a little bit much that the CPU is 61, but the GPU at 75 is completely normal. Download Rivatuner and turn the fan speed up if you're worried too much about it, but it should be fine.

ok ill do that, noise is no problem for me thats why theres a volume nob lololol

but i hate heat were my PC is concernd im scared to death of over heating b/c parts arnt cheep for me if you know what i mean

Oh yeah, I'm the same way in most cases. You could invest a little in an after market CPU cooler to bring those load temps down a bit.

ima do that when i get everything inside my case that i want so i know how big of a heat sink and fan i need, but at the moment i have a fan like for a room blowing into my case xDD

you can easily google what the max operating temp is for your CPU, you don't want it more than that obviously

If you have an Intel CPU that is fine for a load temp, if that is a AMD CPU, GET A BETTER HEATSINK STAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

modern Intel thermal limit= 78c (IIRC)

modern AMD=62c

GPUs usually max out at 100c

What are your ambient temps (temperature of your room)?
How many and what sizes are your case fans?
What case do you have?

There might be an easier way to lower those temps.

ima let my PC cool off for a bit and then check it again, i usualy run about 20*C

my case is an ACER lol *dont judge me xDDD*
fans are 2 CPU cooling fans xDD 1 is mounted on the heat sink and the other is twist tied to the back

then i do belive a have a 20mm twisted tied to the side panle lol

To me it sounds like your case doesn't have the best airflow. You may want to consider upgrading to a nicer looking (it's all personal opinion) case with better airflow.

For $40 US you could pick up a Cooler Master Elite 330 case and for another $10 you could pick up a second 120mm fan to add to the front of it (Blue one or any other colour you like). There are lots of inexpensive cases out there. Just be sure that your motherboard will fit into it before you buy one!

ill probably do that next payday but at the moment im broke cuz i just bought a 22" screen and a 100ft of ethernet cable to wire my room

btw the max temp of your cpu is 65c

and yes if you just have a sort of store bought acer then its definitely your case/airflow that is hurting your temps, BIG TIME
