Most of us should get Ad Aware or any other anti-malware/cookie software as AVG Free and other free anti-viruses (Which I know most people use) don't cover those nasties.

Same. I lay down the law and show my computer who's boss. It get scared and runs faster because if it doesn't, it knows what punishment lies ahead.
