How do you cool off?

Right now, I'm extremely angry, I haven't been this angry in an extremely long time.

I was just wondering:
When you guys are mad, how do you cool off?

Currently, I do not know.

I get on Team Fortress 2 and dominate every single person on the server.

Either that or go for a run... trust me, it really drains you and you don't feel angry anymore.

I use the punching bag in my basement...print off a picture of something i hate and tape it to it. Or the dart board.

The best way to cool off is to go talk it out with someone. Having someone to vent anger with is the best ever. Better than punching things, better than thinking, better than slurpees..........ok, maybe not better than slurpeeeees but it's pretty close.

Shoot Something !!! I load up my trusty Springfield Armory 1911-A1 .45 ACP and burn up a few hundred rounds of ammo. If I still need to cool off a little I'll load up one of my AR-15 M4's and burn up a few more rounds. Then it's nothing but Big Smiles !!!
