Because we're trying out different configurations. We had a regular conquest rotation in the US and no one played on it so we're trying out hardcore variant instead.
We'll be testing diff server configurations for quite some time till we see where the community lies in terms of preferences. In fact just tonight the 24/7 HC Laguna Presa was changed to HC Arica Harbor for now, we'll see how that variant of our popular 24/7 Reg Arica Harbor does. Theres also new game modes being released for Arica Harbor and Laguna Presa at the end of the month, so those could prove popular as well.
