You may be right, Falco was Medic and healing me as Heavy the whole time I got my doms, maybe it puts it there...?

Yep, its happened before too. Its some kind of bug.

Yes, its a game bug that takes your domination medal icon and places someone's avatar there instead...Happens from time to time...Not sure of the cause of it either...
