DoD:S Hobbies thread

[CUB4N]

Well I just thought I'd see what you guys were into besides just gaming. See what you guys do in the real world. lol Well I guess I should start off.

I enjoy doing stuff with my hands. Building things or just being outside. My hobbies consist of Mountain Biking and working on sound systems and other stuff like so. I'll post some pictures so you guys can see what I'm talking about

and lastly my subs. I installed the system myself and built the box with my dad.

Lets see what everyone else does.

**NOTE** Try to avoid posting about building computers or other computer stuff on here. A good majority of people in this community can can do something with computers. The point of this thread is to see what you guys do away from your computer.

LMAO

I'm a mechanical engineering student, so I do a lot of robotics-type projects. My old avatar was a robot that I designed and built that could autonomously avoid obstacles in its path (without programming).

I've also built a couple coilgun-type systems capable of accelerating a .22-sized steel rod to around 25 MPH (40 KPH for you Canadians). The setup was able to shatter CD-ROMs based solely on electromagnetics.

Otherwise, I read, play games, and try to golf occasionally.

i myself am an audio engineer and DJ, so when I'm not here I'm usually writing a song, or mixing one, or preforming live lol, but I'm still no name so got a long way to go ^^

i had all kinds of interesting hobbies until I started working for the man, now I'm in a trio of sys admins managing a 250+ user network and hardware. Spare time I game, obviously, ice skate, try to play hockey, see the girlfriend on weekends and re-read harry potter. I try to stargaze on occasion
