Cod4 PC help

I have a problem with my game Cod4. I haven't played this game in awhile a decided to install it, and once it finished and launched multi player it says "key code in use please try again later" of course I did but never worked.

I check my serial code it was "valid"

I did not share my account or my game with anyone since I bought it online...

If anyone had this problem or know a solution pls post a comment.

Where did you check your code?
You could try contacting Steam support with this issue.
