I thought it's horrible how you have to set up an entire account and all. The gameplay wasn't anything special either.

What do you guys think?

i haven't played it, but i most likely won't either...i didn't like C&C3, sorry but give me red alert back....the first one

I finished the first levels last night. I actually have to admit it's even better than I posted the night before. The one thing that sucks is that fact that finding a game online takes forever.

Yea Red Alert was a great game. I do have to say I got Lost in that game A LOT during campaign and the tutorials in it aren't very good either. But overall Red Alert is a great game. :facewall:

I think it lost the essence that made Red Alert and Red Alert 2 good games. Although Red Alert 3 : Uprising (expansion) seems nice. i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

This game is terrible.

Unit Cap IN A C&C GAME?! If you aren't sure what the definition of a SIN is, this is it. The ability to become Massy the Mass Rat has always been the best part of the C&C series and this game goes against everything that the series is about.

I WAS excited about this game until my buddy bought it and told me about the flaws in the game. Now I'm having second thoughts. Way to go EA. Bring back Westwood.

Yeah, lost the essence, when EA took over :glare:

I picked up C and C 3 at a local discount book/software store a month ago (Nine bucks). I'm glad I waited, and I plan on waiting for C and C 4 to go discount too. No way I'm paying full retail (50!?) for the game as it is now.

Yeah, i would still play C&C Generals and Zero Hour if my computer would able me to run it. I mean i have more than it takes to run it but each time i install and tries to launch, it crashes :(. As for RA3, i think it's too childish, except for the girls in the videos that are Awesome!

ya i wish i had c&c red alert, but its actually a DOS game or windows 95/98 hahahaha

so sad

I want to get C&C4. Right now i have Tiberium Wars. It's alright but it gets old quickly.

I can't wait to see the conclusion, but then again, westwood would've made it totally differnet i think. I don't expect anything special since red alert 3 was the worst c&c game EVAR! and even the multiplay might fail since its EA online. Damn you electronic arts!

yeh after seeing that they basically turned C&C4 into DoW2, not having bases etc, I dont plan to give it a chance.

Too bad really, was looking forward to it.

EA dystroyed the cnc games i want cnc3 and 4 and ra3 to go bye bye and for westwood to start backup and doing them right, just restart the series starting after tiberian sun and ra2,

and it would be so bomb if westwood made a new dune game.

i loved the DoW games before DoW2 even relic went down this black hole.

I actually have the C&C COllection box. I have all the C&C up to 4 as well as the Tiberium War Series up to 3. There were also shooters developed by Westwood for the series, but I wouldn;t recommend them.
