Welcome to this thread, hopefully you didn't click it on accident lol. Anyway I am looking for a new Graphics Card because mines is really bad. I lag a lot on games and I have to put all my settings on low for games like left 4 dead and Bad company 2.

here are my specs:

Processor:
AMD Phenom(tm) 9550 Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
Memory:
5120MB RAM
Hard Drive:
737 GB
Video Card:
NVIDIA GeForce 9300 GE
Monitor:
Sound Card:
Speakers (2- USB Audio Device)
Speakers/Headphones:
Keyboard:
USB Root Hub
Mouse:
USB Root Hub
Mouse Surface:
Operating System:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_rtm.090713-1255)

I tested my CPU temperature and its around 68 degrees celsius or 154.4 Fahrenheit. Yeah Somebody could get burned...

I need a new GFX card that is on the price range $80 - $200 and is a good one. Hopefully, I don't need a motherboard.

I've been thinking about getting the ATI Radeon 5770 or the 5850.

One last thing, it has to be DX10 or DX11 card.

If you want a new GFX Card and you have that much to be lenient on, i recommend the HD 5830 or HD 5850 by AMD ATI. I am an AMD fan so i like how you are looking at ATI GFX Cards ;] The gap between the 5850 and the 5830 is microscopic, i used both and the price of the 5850 compared to the 5830 is definitely worth the 5830.

What Power supply does your PC have? It looks like you bought this pre-built, so im guessing a weak one, but it oculnd't hurt to check. After we know that, then we can suggest a card to suit your needs.

We need you to look at the circled box, and list what the sticker says

Power Supply (aka. PSU):

Also, im guessing you do, but could you check if your Motherboard has PCIe slots, they look like this (the black one, yellow in the above picture):

after we get this, we can help you alot better

Unfortunately, I cannot open my computer because of safety reasons. IS there any other way to find out like look on a website

What safety reasons? It is perfectly safe to open a computer (while not running of course)

But, If it is because of your work, i can respect that.

(btw you will need to open your pc to put in a new GPU btw)

In that case, i will assume that you have a typical Dell/Hp/other OEM power supply. About 300watts with an okish 12v+ rail and no PCIe power connectors.

What Lehsyrus suggested would NOT run on the assumed power supply, and are out of your budget. I would have to suggest either a:

9800 GT EE, this is the energy saving version, and does not require a 6 pin PCIe power adapter (something the assumed PSU likely does not have). This will easily play the games you want at very good framerates.

or

An ATi Radeon 5670. This card is not as strong as the 9800, but uses less power, and has DirectX 11 support (<-- not that big of a deal)

or

A GeForce GT 240. This card is slightly slower than the 5670, and uses about the same amount of power. If you want to save money you can get the 512Mb GDDR5 (<GDDR5 is better than the ddr3) version.

In short, the 9800 preforms the best, but is older and uses more power while producing more heat.

The 5670 is quiet, cold, and uses little power, but preforms worse than the 9800

The 240 uses about the same power as the 5670, but is slower. The advantage is that it is cheaper.

hope that helps
