I have real trouble with rifleman, and I don't know what it is. I'm guessing its cuz I aim instead of noscope, but I have no idea.


Yes I'm a noob, don't waste your time saying that or insulting me or anything, I'm just asking for a little help.

Best advice i can give-- and its not much is to get the kar98 red dot skin. It lets you see more of your target.

run around with it and when you want to hit someone stand still

pretty much it if you shoot while moving its inaccurate but if you stand still for a split second and then shoot, its accurate.

Thats basically it...You shouldnt be moving when firing at someone or else the bullet will most likely miss. Best option is to learn the timing of when to stop and shoot and master it.

Just like the rest have said.

You don't really need to zoom in with the gun. Just use the cross-hairs/dot.
The gun is very accurate without zooming in.

Try and aim chest/head area (center mass) to make sure you get those "One shot, one kill."

Last but not least is ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS stop for a split second when you fire to make sure that your shot is going to go where you aim at.

with the allied rifle in particular as the others have said never stop moving aside from the spit second when you stop to fire. strafing back and forth and stopping ever so briefly on the left and right of your movement will yield good results depending on your accuracy, which will only take time to master. its all about speed really, and with time you will hopefully become super fast.

Ind the start play with it you still need to to play with it when you score is 3-18 you need to practice take the small dot as you crosshairscale and practice i was doing that and i'm not bad

I was more thinking the episode of Family Guy where they guys go camping and Chris lets the raccoons in the food so they are trying to figure out what they are going to do with him when some deer out there says "I'll teach the boy"...just before being shot.

M1 garand: It only takes 2 .30 cal bullets to kill a kraut,only aim down the sight when at long range, jump around when in close range.

kar98: use it like a sniper, 1 bullet to kill, sometimes you have to drag your crosshair to the enemy. When running around in the apartments or buildings use your hand gun.

Have you ever scouted on CS:S? I don't know, but i kinda treat it like that.

With the kar you just have to line 'em up and gun them down. Try camping a particular area of a map to get the gist down (you know, an area you are comfortable with). Then start budding out from there.

For example, in Anzio you can camp the sewers below the bridge and shoot Allies coming from their sewer. It's straight, hardly any cover, so you should get good practice.

lol...yeah...so? Not my fault so many people fall for things--especially involving nades.

And I know full well that when I come around a corner with my bolt-action rifle and 4-5 targets that I am committing suicide, but at least I get that pesky MG who's been mowing people down. It's part of my barely-over-1.0 K.
